Indian Oil Corporation — Transfer of LPG connection to other IOC Agency without my knowledge

I had lodge a complaint with the IOC on 11/08/2015 regarding transfer of my LPG connection with out my knowledge as 1. The parent IOC agency is very near to my House 2. The alloted agency or transfer agency is for away from my house and it takes time to reach there 3. No rickshaw, No Auto available for New agency. 4. It is taking one hour up and down from my house to attendt the agency. 5. In all the New Agency is not convenient at all to me. 6. I am a widow and nobody is there who can visit agency for any work I request you please resort my LPG connection to my parent Agency. Regards and Thanks
