[Resolved] Indian Oil — Delay in delivery of domestic gas cylinder | |||||
My consumer no. is 42095 and my gas agency is Anand Gas Agencies, Palarivattom, Ernakulam. I booked a refill on 01/10/2015 and the booking no. was 483109. I got sms 45 days later on 14/11/2015 stating that the cash memo has been genetated. But till now (20/11/2015) I have not got the refill. But on 19/11/2015, I got a sms saying that the refill has been delivered! I am a senior citizen aged 70 and cannot go thru this hassle every month. Do you not have any authority over these people?
