Indian Overseas Bank — Fund transfer amount not credited

Hello Sir,

I had transferred amount of Rs.3279 from my iob account ([protected]) to indian bank account ([protected]) on 28th Dec 2016. Amount had been debited from my account but its not credited to indian bank account.

I had received sms to my mobile as Your fund transfer for Rs. 3279.00 on 29-12-16 is timed out. Please check with your bank (IMPS Ref no.[protected]

I dropped so many emails to below Id and follow up more than 1 month, but not getting proper response.
