Hi, I have an account with iob at pallikonda branch, vellore district. My a/c no :[protected]. I have made a payment by internet banking on 10th of april through mobikwik mobile app. I tried to add the amount 485 to my wallet but my network connection has lost, so the transaction has failed. But the amount 485 has been debited from my account and it's not refunded till now. I already sent a mail regarding this issue but there's no answer from your side, kindly take alook at this issue asap... Was this information helpful? | |||
