Indian Overseas Bank — Regarding neft payment | |||||
I sent RS 250 BY NEFT on 2/1/17 to MSSRINIVASARAO IOB TRPLICANE, CHENNAI his account NO.[protected]. Instead of this number i wrongly omitted one zero & entered [protected]. kindly advise me what to do. when i contacted icici bank from where i sentNEFT since they have deducted the amount from my account it is uptoIOB bank to rectify the mistake. when contacted IOB bank informed the customer that they have not received the amount from my bank. kindly suggest a soution to solve this.
