Indian Railway — Cancellation Amount not refunded

I have cancelled three railway tickets due to partially confirmed(1 out of 3) and waiting list(2 out of 3) after prepared chart. TDR filled on the same day before scheduled time. TDR rejected with code Repudiate. And I have not even received the refund amount of W/L tickets(2 out of 3) also. please help me to get the refund amount.
