Sir, with respect i am informing you that i sent a parcel containing janamaz for mosque on 01 oct. 2015 from howrah to ara. but i have not recieved this item till date. I complaint so many times at ara jn parcel office but no any atction taken and told to go hajipur. I went hajipur two times and complaint but no action taken.They are only harassing me. My P.R.R.
