Indian Railway (Northern Railway) — refund is still pending

I have filed TDR ref nos. Ekt[protected] for PNR Nos. [protected] from station Kanpur Central (CNB) to station New Delhi (NDLS) due to Train late more than 3 Hrs and passengers not travelled on 20-Dec-2013, but refund is still pending.
