Indian Railways — Ajmer railway station parking owner imposed extra charges on customers | |
I am Irfan, each and every time i have noticed that at railway station ajmer, parking staff are not good. They misbehave with customer and extra charges on them. Like 1 hrs 30/- rs & if you came after 24 hrs charges will be 400/- rs for four wheelers The man who attend me said my name is sameer and said you do complain against me wherever you want, nothing will happen he charged 150 Rs from me only for 6 Hr 15 min approx ( entry time- 15:20 hr exit- 21:35 Hr approx ). I'm vanshika on 9th August me and my family have a early morning train for ajmer station we parked 2 two wheeler . The parking staff not only misbehavi with us he also abuse me and my father and they start hitting us they evenly charge too much money .

Ajmer railway station parking guys are way too rude, they impose extra charges irrespective of the listed amount.They also take extra charges of any desired amount, if the slip gets lost, which is not specified to the customer when the slip is issued to them.
Requesting ajmer police, consumer court to look at this matter urgently and take strict actions against these people.
