Indian Railways — chain snatching

Pnr number is [protected], my mother named lalita agarwal was travelling from jaipur to ahmedabad in ashram express. One person snatched the gold chain that she was wearing from the window when train just started.
Chain snatcher also pushed a lady on platform who might have got hurt due to this.
This is a serious safety issue and should be looked upon by railway authorities on priority.
