Indian Railways — coach doesn't has dustbin/trash box

I'm traveling from howrah to jalandhar by train (Deptd on dec 29) 13005, pnr [protected], coach s11, seat 63. I shocked to find that my coach doesn't has dustbin. What to do with disposables? I just had my lunch, and looking for dispose the wrappers and packets. I'm really shocking to know that indianrailways (Ir) is making the fun of swachchh abhiyaan, an initiative taken by the current government. I have noted down the all info regarding coach serial no. Etc, and will file a pil in court against ir.
