Indian Railways — Complaining about the damage caused to your bike and to yourself

We booked our bike as a luggage from Rani Kamlapati to Pataliputra.On 12th of jan we had to receive the bikes but we received on 16th of jan.we also fined about 84 rs as parking charge.Out bike got damaged from several position.
