Indian Railways — complaint regarding booking- train canceled no notification and now no tickets | |||
I booked a ticket from Ghaziabad to Lko in Padmavat Express for 5, 12, 25 Jan 2018 with PNR Nos as PNR No. : [protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively. Now through one of my friends who is also frequent traveler it came to know that train is canceled till 12 Feb 2018; but railways didn't take the responsibility to notify me. Railways only have responsibility to take the money and not to notify passengers, Is that what can be understand with all such incidents? Now If I am gone to cancel this ticket, railway will deduct cancellation fees, why should I pay this fees? Now as Railways have not notified me, I want railways to arrange the confirmed ticket for me for the given dates as I am not being able to find tickets for me now. I would also raise this on all social media sites and want compensation with confirmed tickets for the given tickets. Thanks Prashant Gupta Was this information helpful? | |||
