Indian Railways — Counter ticket cancel but amount not received my bank account

I have booked 7 no’s ticket for marriages all ticket payment through phone pay payment my upi id [protected]@ybl but some of the ticket cancel but amount not received at bank cancel ticket details and refund as follows
