Indian Railways — Delay on special train

Dear sir,

Train no:09459/Suvidha train getting delayed non described manner today.

My pnr: [protected], waiting in East Stn for more than 1 hrs and no idea it will reach my destination CAN at what time.

In your booking portal refers that no much delay for special trains and I payed almost 3 times of other train. This is for sitting in waiting room with urine smell.
Please take any premium rate with premium service

I hope you can refund/compensate on your faults..

We r also screwed and waiting for same train at vasai road since last 5 hr. And still no confirmations that how much more delay is train.. i[censored] have cot this train then can u tell exact where u reached?
I know it's stupid to ask u but we r thinking going back to home or wait.
