Do not know who suggested to revamp the online site as the new site is not at all user friendly (If i say this decently)
1. Why does it ask for security code? No idea (Probably only to waste time during login and also in the midst of ticket booking)
2. Previously there was an option to see the booked ticket history and from there itself — print, cancel, check pnr was available. Now even if we go to book ticket, it gives an option of pnr check but then it goes to a page where we have to put the pnr. Now from where do i get the pnr?
3. Previously there was not so many ads when list of trains were displayed. Today after each train name there is an ad. So frustrating
The feeling is that
1. This was revamped just to favour some software vendor
2. This was revamped to delay the process of ticket booking so that agent are able to book faster
3. This was revamped so that to favour those brands who wants to advertise even while someone is in hurry to book train tickets
4. Was revamped basically to make the life hard for the users even if they just want to check the pnr
5. Was revamped by someone who has never in the past or never in the future will travel by train of even if he does so, he might not book the ticket by this website.
