Respected sir/mam, On 27/10/2017, i was with my family (5) in train no. 07005/hyb rxl spl with eticket and original id. These ticket and id showed to the squad but they demand all passenger id, that time me, my father and my sister showed original id but they not satisfied and charge extra amount on two passengers. Train no.17302, actual departure time was 20:30 from DWR, the train has not yet arrived at the station, even though the time is 22:43. Further neither announcement nor information by Public addressing system. Ridiculous!!!
