Indian Railways — extreme delay of train led to lot of inconvenience

We regret travelling in indian railways for the not being punctual.. Extreme delay in the arrival have cause immense lose of time and money, who is responsible? Is the so called govt??? I have missed my flight and lot of inconvenience face by me... And we don't even know the reason for delay. When the climate is clear even then why is the delay? Please value our time and money.
