Indian Railways — filed tdr, amount not refunded.

I had booked a ticket (PNR No [protected] ) in the 15706/CHAMPARAN HMSFR from LUCKNOW NR (LKO) to BAPUDM MOTIHARI (BMKI) for Date Of Boarding: 20-Apr-2018.

The train was running late for more than 12 hrs and I filed a TDR and did not travel.

The TDR has been Repudiate by NORTH FRONTIER RAILWAY (NF). Details as below:
