While traveling by 12792 dnr - sec exp on 12-13 dec 17 i observed the cleanliness & other services were pathetic. I boarded from danapur, found the water bottle holders were full of wrappers. Coach attendant served used pillow, on complaint he replaced the cover, vendors overcharging and argued. During journey of 36 hrs, none came for cleaning coach Was this information helpful?
