[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Indefinite late running of 56389

Dear Sirs Kindly note that after rescheduling the time of 56389 Eranakulam Kottayam passenger to 20.25, the siad train is not running on time. Today 5th of September, the train is still at ERS station ( 8.35) . The Kannur passenger is already reached at Platform no 4 at 20.18. Many passengers including lady passengers are suffering huge time loss and they are feeling insecure after reaching the respective stations.
