With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your notice the following issue that I had to face on the 15th of May, 2023 at 05:06 PM IST-
I made a payment of Rs.620.00/-(Rupees Six Hundred Twenty) only to the Indian Railways via UPI after the Railway official at the Indian Railway ticket counter of the Kantabanji, Odisha, sent a collection request to my Phonepe app at my UPI id at the Railway ticket counter for 01 no. of person for a journey from Vskp to KBJ (Odisha) via a Link express. The Collect ID of the Indian Railways reads as SBI11E65B3C29B9417F87DAFC343DA85AA4 and the Transaction Id is T2305151706551843285447. The money got successfully deducted from my account whereas the railway official said that the ticket could not be generated and that he could not do any help and instead asked me to redo the ticket with cash amount (the ticket was booked after paying cash). The money paid via UPI has not been received back as of now and I would therefore like to lodge a complaint regarding the same for quick resolution of the problem from your end. The phonepe team is saying that the money has reached the merchant and the services are delivered which is not the case. Was this information helpful? |
