Details : Sir my family plans to visit Sikkim with package tour from 07/04/2018 to15/04/2018. We started from train Agra Fort to Kanpur Central pnr is[protected] train no 15635. Then Kanpur central to Howrah junction pnr is [protected] train no 12302 coach no B4 seat no 41 42 43 44 dated 07/04/2018. But premium train like rajdhani was late around 3 hrs and arrived at Howrah junction 12:55 hrs instead of 9:50 hrs we missed our flight AI 721 from Kolkata scheduled 14:40 hrs pnr is ZB8W7 having margin of 2:15 hrs. We lost our money, time and gets lots of mental harassment. So we need appropriate action & compensation. My mobile number is [protected] & email is [protected]@gmail.com. I already sent my complaint to COMS App of Indian railways they give me the details in my email is Your Complaint No.: A/ER/HWH/[protected] has been attended to and it is now closed. Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, this train not detained in ALD Division. By [protected]@indianrailways.gov.in on date 18/04/2018. Another complaint is also registered through email to Indian railways & complaints no is W/NR/DLI/[protected] Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, all M/Exp. trains are suffering detention in ALD Division due to over saturated section for Passenger, Goods and Special Trains. Reason is well known to the Railways and all efforts are being made to de-congest the section. But I am not satisfied with the the given answer. Please resolve this issue.
