Sir, marudhar exp. (14853) abhi tak kanpur panki me hi pahunchi h... Jab ki abtak ise lagbhag bandi kuee ke pass hona chaihiye tha, kyonki 12.10 to 12.25 ka iska jaipur ka time h.. Ye train lag bhag daily hi late hone lagi h... Kal ki chali hue yeh train abhi kanpur panki me khadi h.. Yeh yahan lagbhag 6.30 se khadi h... Sir, hum yeh janna chahte h ki sirf isi train ko kyo khada kar ke rakhe h.. Jab ki 50 ke lagbhag train hamari is train ko cross kar ke nikali jaa rahi h...Phir sirf hami ko kyon is garmi me pareshan kiya jaa raha h... Indian railway ki is summer period me itni ghatiya serice kyon di jaa rahi hai... Kya ab hum consumar ko indian railway ki is ghatiya service ke liye consumer form me hi jaana padega yo indian railway khud bhi apni is delay service me sudhar karega... AC is not working in train number 15645 in coach B4. It is getting difficult to sit in the coach due to extreme heat and no ventilation in the coach. The AC is not working since past 3 4 hours. Request you to take immediate action. There is no support from the helpers on the train.
