Hello sir my name is biswajit haldar. I am traveling from bolpur to bandel, i am reservation vaiswabharati fast passenger, train no= (53048) my pnr number=[protected]. Jurny date 22/08/2018 my ticket is confirm, i am provided my original id card from mobile, but train tte not provide in a seat.in throw down to me on the train. And bad language used. Please hel me. My alternative contact no [protected]/[protected]. I am lunch a complain to railway but not privided solution.. Railway complaint number =w/er/hwh/[protected]. Plese help me.
