Indian Railways — money deducted from account but season ticket not renewed

Hi,

The amount for season ticket (Rs. 184.07/-) has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the uts app on 16th august, 2018.

When i try to reach the customer care, their number itself is out of order.

Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

Transaction date: 16 august, 2018.
Amount deducted: rs. 184.07/-
Transaction made via - paytm payment gateway
Info: pur/paytm app/noida/paytm app/seq no[protected]
Payment for : booking season ticket from gocharan (Gcn) to dum dum jn (Ddj)
