Indian Railways — Non-delivery of parcel

Non-receipt of parcel booked on 11.10.15 to Pune i have booked 3 packets of household effects from Bhubaneswar Railway Parcel Office on 11.10.2015 to Pune vide PRR No. [protected]. I understand the parcels were loaded same day on Konark Express in Rear Compartment vide Receipt No. 11020/11.10.2015 - R/SCR-CR-08706. I also understand that the compartment was sealed for Solapur. But so far the parcels have not reached Pune. Kindly immediate steps may be taken for earliest delivery.
