Dearf sir I had booked one bike from lalgarh station to hajipur on 11 nov 2017 but that bike has not reached at hajipur station till 12 nov 2017 this one month i have tried many times from hajipur station and simultaneously from lalgarh station but till there is no response as latest information from delhi parcel hq is the said parcel is in jammu station. आदरणीय, ट्रैन न. 15232 आज दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर को सुबह 8.45 पर कटनी स्टेशन के पहले आउटर पर आ कर खड़ी है, पिछले करीब 2.३० घंटे से।। सभी यात्री परेशान है क्योंकि बोगी no S 4 में सारी टॉयलेट गंदी पड़ी है और उसमें पानी भी उपलब्ध नही है।। सर यात्रियों की परेशानी समझिये।।।

I am a passenger of indian railways and going to my hometown (villege) toilets of coaches are so dirty of train no. 12816 coach S11 seat 65 going from New Delhi to Kharagpur the toilets are so dirty and smell flowing throughout the whole coaches so please arrange to clean coaches no one bear the smells of the poops in dirty toilets.
