I have booked 10 bundle printed material from new delhi to chennai on 21.09.16 vide r r no [protected] on 21.09.16 and loaded on same day in train no 12616 in front slr but till today on 24.09.16. parcel not reach chennai station

Kindly treat is as urgent basis due to dated magazine publisher and let us know our parcel status
