[Resolved]  Indian Railways — non received of parcel

Dear Sir, I have booked a fan and electric goods worth Rs 4500/- from Dibrugarh to Kuchaman city (Rajasthan) at 16.02.2014 with the Ticket no 92368314 and Luggage Ticket no 27484 and paid parcel charges of Rs 230/- But till date I have not received the same.When I contracted the authorities of parcel office they asked me to enquire at Makrana, Jodhpur or Bikana. Thus, I pray your kind jurisprudence to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliever the parcel to me. Thanking you, S.K Sharma Sohanlal Chunilal A.T Road, Dibrugarh
