[Resolved]  Indian Railways — non received of parcel

Dear Sir, I have booked a fan and electric goods worth Rs 4500/- from Dibrugarh to Kuchaman city (Rajasthan) at 16.02.2014 with the Ticket no 92368314 and Luggage Ticket no 27484 and paid parcel charges of Rs 230/- But till date I have not received the same.When I contracted the authorities of parcel office they asked me to enquire at Makrana, Jodhpur or Bikana.
