Indian Railways — not receiving the refund of cancelled counter ticket paid by card card

Journey dated 07.08.2018 of begumpura exp (12238) reservation from jammu to lucknow ticket was prs counter ticket which was paid by credit card.
It was cancelled on 22.04.2018 at charbagh reservation counter no.616 lucknow
As per the information given by the counter person the refund was supposed to get back in the concerned account within 7 days electronic refund process.
It's been more than a month and refund is not yet received.
