Indian Railways — Other passenger wont let me sit properly on my reserved seat

I am travelling in 19031 train number and boarded from station Ghaziabad at 06:37 am. I am in S2 11 number seat. Other passenger keep sleeping and doesn’t let me sit on my seat there is no TT at sight.
