Indian Railways — parcel not got off the destination station.

Sir, i had book my bike (Jh01bz 7527) on 23/11/2017 from ranchi to ambala cant.
But bike not dispatched in ambala cant on 25/11/2017 and parcel office not given me information about my bike. I went many times parcel office but i'm very disappointed from this behaviour of railway parcel. I am facing many problems without bike.
So, sir please kindly take an appropriate action to get my bike. I will be very thankful to you.
