Indian Railways — parcels are not received

V Vinoth Tamilarasan from Namagiripettai, Tamil Nadu

Parcel were booked from Hazrat-Nizamuddin to Trichy on 2/6/2018 in the Train no 12642, PRR no. [protected]. All the parcels are not unloaded in trichy. I contacted many time to Trichy parcel office but they informed me that the parcels are gone to Madurai and not arrived to Trichy junction.
