Indian Railways — payment deducted from my account but ticket not booked

Hi sir
I had try to book a online ticket on 6 november 2017 from koderma to chandigarh for the date 10 nov 2017.. Make payment for the same. Balance deducted from my bank acct 580 rs.. But ticket not generated... I call to customer care they say payment failed in requested.. So you get your refund in 3 to 4 working days... But still i haven't received any amt... Transaction i'd is [protected].. So kindly check and do needful. And refund my money as soon as possible.

I have already raised a complaint [ID: 1771328] but still not get any resolution ..still balance not credited in my acct so plz check and do needful..
