Indian Railways — Platform Ticket Fine

I have been charged Rs 1000/- for not having platform ticket, i asked them the rule book, the TT Inspector said, don't ask about the rules, just pay or go to Jail for 6 months. He catched my Collar and threatend. Then he says, i am charging for rude behaviour. This is very bad treatment by Indian Railways at Chennai Central. Receipt No.719397. Rajesh [protected]
