Indian Railways — proper ac coach not attached | |||||
Dear sir, I made a complaint to indian railways and number is no. W/sc/sc/[protected] for the journey i have performed on 17.02.2018 by train 17018 in ac 2tier berth no, 42 su by purchasing premium tatkal of rs.4455/-, where as a ac 2tier tkts cost is rs2500/- Pnr no. [protected] Doj : 17.02.2018 Train : 17018 Compartment: ac 2tier My complaint is a railways not attached proper ac coach. The berth provided to me is very shaby condition and even curtains are torn, a wire is placed in the place of curtain rod. The berth provided me is not like a premium tatkal berth. Kindly the make difference of fare as refund taken as preimum tatkal. Other wise i will be forced to approach consumer court for the trouble or agony faced in the journey due to negligence shown by the railways to attach proper ac compartment.
