Sir/madam with much agony, pain and humiliation i am writing this i boarded from pune where the train was late by more than an hour and when i entered the cabin space had no cooling, after settling when i went to the washroom it had no water and the smell was an indicator that no cleaning guys went near the same. So struck the journey started with a deep sigh of sheer unsatisfactory.
In morning when i went to wash my face again no measures have been done to clear the same inspite of me complaining to concerned, forced i went to the 3 rd ac section it was neat and clean.
Now the second amazement happens guys comes to take order for food and the order was placed, now when he serves he has served me only 4 chappatis and 1 egg curry when i asked for the other things as per menu he replied this is all and will cost me 100/- so when i asked what about that is printed in ticket he said some in sick some one is wasting food as such they have this only.
My humble question to all authorities is that in what word can you please explain this to me, does it mean that you are in train and got no other option
I was a common commuter in train and due such type of experiences i am forced to take hectic journeys in bus oflr flight.
