Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention the matter of my late mother, Padma Pai, who was employed with the Central Railway. Unfortunately, she passed away in 1997, leaving behind four daughters. Initially, my elder sister, Sumana, was receiving the pension from Syndicate Bank Railway Nilayam Branch. Subsequently, the pension was transferred to my second sister, Umana, who received it until 2016. However, she has since gotten married, and our third sister has also entered into wedlock. Consequently, it is now necessary for the pension to be transferred to my name, Rani.
I have made numerous visits to the pension office in an attempt to address this matter, but I have encountered significant challenges. The officials have requested a family certificate, which I have diligently pursued from the Tehsildar office. Regrettably, despite my repeated visits, the Tehsildar office has been unable to provide the certificate, citing the passage of more than 20 years since my mother's demise.
It is distressing for me to inform you that my family pension, associated with PPO No. [protected], has not been granted to me thus far. This has resulted in considerable difficulties for me in terms of financial sustenance. I kindly request your intervention in facilitating the necessary actions to ensure the timely grant of my family pension.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
J Rani
