I am mailing behalf of my father actually my father and mother coming form ballia started timely and it will reach at anand vihar at 12:50pm. And now in app its showing that train will reach anvt at 9:41pm. Can you please explain this thing that why train form up to delhi are going late day by day.

Please do resolve this problem as soon as possible.
