I had taken a broadband internet connection from Railwire Internet Services for my DTP Centre.
After two days the connection was automatically disconnected. Even after repeated contacts the company or the dealer could not resolve the issue and reconnect the service. I had requested for refund of Rs.5150/- (amount I paid for installing the internet connection). But the company is reluctant to my complaint and request for refund. Help to get the refund.
