Respected sir. Andhra pradesh: trains to and from andhra pradesh need a pied piper on board. With travellers often complaining of the rat &cockroaches menace on trains. The rodents, they said, had damaged their luggage and food packets. Complaints to officials on board fell on deaf ears.

An hour later, they heard squeaking sounds but did not pay much heed. Around dinner time, they pulled out the food packet, they found that rats had nibbled at the box and gobbled up some of the food.

Few people alerted the concerned on board twice who assured them of action but nothing as such happened. When the train reached hyderabad next morning, it was found and ramesh s luggage was damaged by the rats.

Now request the railways to refund for the damaged luggage of rs.1, 000/- immediately.
