Indian Railways — refund of tickets tdr issues (online ticket)

Dear sir /madam,
The train 12716 sachkhand express was delayed by 03 hr. 15 min. At itarsi jn (Et) on 28-nov-2017, so the passenger haven’t travel by this train. For that we have raised the tdr request for the same,
