Indian Railways — refund o[censored]nused ticket with pnr no: [protected]

Dear sir/madam:
Myself and my daughter were booked to travel on 6th dec, 2017 from delhi to bareilly.
The train was running late by more then 3 hours and did not travel. Since i did nit use the ticket & informed the railway authority to cancel & refund the same, you are requested to process the refund.
