Indian Railways — refund the amount of ticket

I have my tatkal reservation on 15/04/18 in train no.22404 with schadule departure of 23.45 from ndls to jhs with pnr [protected]. When i reached the station i found that train is reschaduled at 7.15 am. Then i took a train 22456 wth general ticket, my phn got switch off so not able to file tdr. More over thr were so less tym that i was not able to contact the official on counter. As i have not recieved any msg of reschaduling so railway should copensate me for the discomfort and inconvenience or atleast reemburse the amount of ticket. Tx
