I am Ramesh kumar and Advocate by profession .On 10th of April i booked a ticket having PNR No.[protected], Train no.12203, from KGG to NDLS with 8june as date of journey, but i was not able to reach the station on time as on that day i was at darbhanga attending one case having FIR No.161/15 as train which i borded from Lahariasarai could not able to reach Khagaria on time due to delay caused by train.
I am claimimg a refunf of amount ie 930 which i paid .i am abonafde claimer as i have not used your service for which i have paid the money.
kindly return the money claimed, other wise i am ready to claim the same by taking recourse to legal action.
