Indian Railways — regarding the behaviour of staff at chennai egmore railway station. | |
We have been waiting at the platform ticket counter in egmore railway station to get the platform ticket to board our mother for 7.15 rameswaram train. We have been waiting at the line for past 20 minutes. And there is no one at the counter. One lady who is at the counter has been sitting at the counter and eating for the past 20 minutes and there is no one issue the tickets here. When we asked there is no proper response. And she continued to eat without arranging anyone to replace her. Please see into it. And due to this we nearly lost the train. Was this information helpful? | |
