Dear sir i have parcel my two wheeler (Scooty) from kathgodam to lucknow of date 27 november 2017. Before yesterday i have been go to lucknow railway station but my scooty not reached at lucknow railway parcel office. I am very disturb for this. I don't know where is my scooty. Railways parcel staff said to me that we will call you. My receipt no. - w 478596 Scooty transfer date - 27/11/2017 My contact no. -[protected] Please do needful. All are due to the callous people with poor IQ are working at our Indian Railways Ticket Counter and there is no Management at all.
