Indian Railways — senior citizen aimed couples booked under one pnr allotted seats in different in night journey

I along with my husband booked sleeper ticket under one pnr. Allotted seats in different coaches during our night (Myself is allotted seat in s7&my husband has given s1compartmens (Pnr [protected]) on our journey on 22/02/2018. While booking the ticket it was cleared we need seat in same compartment. Both o[censored]s are ailing senior sitizens we sufferd a lot due to railways cruelty. Since both the coaches under two separate tt nobody cared our request for adjustment Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 23, 2018 Updated by sudharmani b In salem jn main exit is through platform no 1. But following festivities are not even provided 1) no waiting room for passengers. 2) no urine shead. 3) no snack stall or drinking selling stall. 4) no notice board showing reservation chart or any information to the public. 5) no sign board showing coach position of train during off time in only at the time of train boarding the platform electronic sign board indicates coach position other time no body knows the position unless count and calculate from the engine stopping position. Nb all these facilities are available in the 3rd platform only. But nobody can even see the 3rd platform unless go through the under ground way
