Indian Railways — Tatkal booking fraud

I booked a tatkal ticket this morning. the site was showing 40 available tickets and suddenly, within 2 mins it went into waiting list 30. Also, usually a pop up comes while booking asking you if you want to go ahead as its on waiting list. The pop up did not appear at all. I feel there is some miscreant trying to mess up the system.
